I'm interested in the evolutionary dynamics of infectious diseases.

Currently, I'm working to understand the in vivo drivers of mutation in Candida albicans, using a combination of live-cell microscopy, RNA-Seq, network modeling, and microbial genetics. I'm conducting this work in the Regev lab at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.

Additionally, I am collaborating with members of the Weitz lab to develop single cell technologies to study the host-pathogen interface.
