  Article: Sistemas de Informação em Saúde que integram terminologias de enfermagem: uma revisão de literatura

  ABSTRACT: RESUMO Objetivo: Apresentar revisão sistemática da literatura acerca de Sistemas de Informação em Saúde que integram terminologias de enfermagem para apoio à realização do Processo de Enfermagem. Método: A busca por publicações na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde resultou na identificação inicial de 4.547 artigos. Aplicados os critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionados 11 artigos, dentre os quais foram identificados 14 sistemas, cujas características foram apresentadas em quadro e gráficos e discutidas com base na literatura sobre recursos tecnológicos para apoio ao Processo de Enfermagem. Resultados: As experiências com sistemas relatadas referem-se a quatro países. Estes sistemas foram desenvolvidos para diferentes aplicações e estão em distintas fases de desenvolvimento. Foram identificadas sete terminologias de enfermagem integradas nos sistemas. Conclusão: Dos 14 sistemas, 42,9% encontram-se implantados. A CIPE ® foi a terminologia mais integrada e o Brasil foi o país que mais apresentou publicações sobre Sistemas de Informação em Saúde com terminologias. ABSTRACT Objective: This study aims to present a systematic review on Health Information Systems comprising nursing terminologies to support the achievement of the Nursing Process. Method: A search for publications in the Virtual Health Library resulted in the identification of 4547 papers. Applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 11 papers were selected, among which 14 systems were identified, whose characteristics are presented in table and graphs and discussed based on technological resources literature to support the Nursing Process. Results: The experiences with systems reported refer four countries. These systems were developed for different applications and they are at different development stages. It was identified seven nursing terminologies integrated into the systems. Conclusion: Out of the 14 systems, 42.9% are deployed. The ICNP ® was the most integrated terminology, and Brazil was the country with more publications on Health Information Systems with terminology.

  ABSTRACT: The ICNP® model of seven axes resulted in the transfer of terms between the axes, conceptual modifications, inclusion and exclusion of terms. This descriptive, bibliographic study, mapped out the terms of the axes "Time", "Location", "Means" and "Client" among Beta-2, 1.0 and 1.1 versions of the ICNP® and CIPESC®. The mapping located the terms of these axes in the different versions of the ICNP® and CIPESC®. It was performed to classify the semantic equivalence of terms and concepts. The result shows that some changes have the objective of reducing ambiguities and redundancies; others do not allow the verification of the criterion for exclusion, inclusion and migration of terms. It is imperative to establish concepts of consensus by the group responsible for building the terminology in order to minimize the misuse or improper use of terms. It is necessary to revise the list of actions in the vocabulary inventory of CIPESC®.

  ABSTRACT: Documental descriptive research, presents the mapping of the terms from the "Action" Axis among the versions: Beta-2, 1.0 and 1.1 of the ICNP® and the verbs of CIPESC®. Results are: 22% of terms from Version 1.0 are new; 12.61% are identical, with different concept; 51% are not in CIPESC®; 65% of terms from CIPESC® are not in ICNP®, in relation to them, 15% represent actions related to link building or empowerment. The results require validation by experts. This paper discusses the complexity of the Portuguese language and the need to establish consensus among concepts. The lack of verbs from CIPESC® is considered a gap to be filled, which may reflect the use of ICNP® by nurses in public health.

  ABSTRACT: ReSUmO O modelo de sete eixos da CIPE ® resultou em transferências de termos entre os eixos, modificações conceituais, inclusões e exclusões de termos. Este estudo, de caráter descritivo bibliográfico, mapeou os termos dos eixos "Tempo", "Localização", "Meios" e "Cliente", entre as versões: Beta-2, 1.0 e 1.1 da CIPE ® e a CIPESC ® . O mapeamento consistiu em localizar os termos dos referidos eixos nas diferentes versões da CIPE ® e da CIPESC ® . Foi realizada equivalência semântica para classificação dos termos e de seus conceitos. O resultado aponta que algumas modificações respondem ao objetivo de redução de ambiguidades e redundâncias, outras não permitem a verificação do critério para retirada, inclusão e migração de termos.   ABSTRACT: Postpartum appointments are essential in women health care. This study aimed at identifying the social health needs of women during postpartum. A survey was conducted with 50 puerperal women of the Curitiba Mother Program receiving care at basic health units of a health district of the city of Curitiba, Paraná, southern Brazil. An instrument with objective questions was applied in February and March, 2007, to collect the data. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data. The most frequently mentioned set of needs was "to be someone with the right to be different", whereas the least mentioned was "link with health professional and team". The latter appears as a positive aspect of the nurse's (and health team) work, whereas the first shows the need to build practices to strengthen the autonomy and the self-reliance of women in health care.
