Thank you all for your swift reply! You've been very helpful, I still have a lot to learn and I'm thankful for your help. To respond to some of your questions (unfortunately I'm having difficulties with some of your abbreviations): Her ultrasound showed no pathological modifications. The pain appears only during menstruation and mostly during the first few days. She reported an increase in pain when she was taking contraception pills and some decrease in pain when drinking plenty of fluids. Her urine exam and sediment is normal. She had several gynecological exams, all of them normal, except a painful cyst in her right breast. They are using condoms and she voids after sex. Recently she developed a recalcitrant vaginal infection with Candida spp., I'm blaming the antibiotic therapies and as soon as we fight the infection I'll ask for a new Gyne referral, a pelvic MRI and cystoscopy. You're right, a voiding dairy will be helpful too. Thank you all! I'll keep you posted! Have a nice weekend!

I have a 24 year old female patient with complaints of dysuria (bladder pain and mostly uretral burning during voiding and afterwards), which appears only with menstruation, the pain increases during spring and is less painful in autumn. She was previously treated with antibiotics for urinary infections. Her urocultures were always sterile. What should I do? Thank you!
