  In my opinion, the twelve steps focus the individual's dependence on alcohol to other things or people. Drug addiction is a complex problem that requires support in all areas of life as well as the spiritual, which of course, is important. However, do not think there is a perfect theoretical approach. Each social subject deserves a deep analysis to discover that part of your life needs more support. Greetings.

My objective is to bring about the theoretical fundaments of the need of the workers organization and the role of the social worker during the all the stages. Also, to address strategies to achieve employer support, the role of the unions in the free market economy and the role of the government.   I think your question has been answered. Now it would be interesting that if you approach the issue of psychological trauma for events within the family we grew up. Interestingly, while some people play their home problems, others avoid them completely. Example, someone who lived with a drunken father can either reproduce this behavior, or distance from the liquor completely. Why the difference? best regards

  In the struggle for existence (and selfishness that means), human beings hide behind abstract communities often hold a racist view of reality (if not explicitly, implicitly). However, racism covers not only discrimination on physical differences, but also by cultural differences, leading to xenophobia. For example, during World War II racism of whites by blacks was very marked in the army, but both groups hated people with Asian features. It is my humble opinion.
