For happiness, I: Have extra fun with normal friends, I watch funny series and episodes (better with others), I go affordable social trips, watch movies in the cinema... I seek happiness to reach self-satisfaction.

For achieving targeted performance, I work hard and prioritize tasks, do not entertain others while working (I hate distraction)... I want to get high performance to satisfy myself and my career...

For dreaming about having good QOL and SES, I will work to get higher degree and portfolio ... this will give me the possibility of having good salary and money ...

for keeping healthy (physically and cognitively), I do relaxation after working, I go frequently to gym and I jog, I eat low calories and a lot of vegetables and fruits, I recite Dua'a at daytime and night...

For relaxation after working hard, I do: listening to music, trying to perform yoga, walking on the beach with my love NOOR, watch TV ...

I always try to satisfy myself to reach self-relief ... I want to relieve myself to calm down and thank Allah always ...
