  thanx for response stephan.. i m looking not for a specific phenotypic changes caused due to syn SNP. i created a database of all the syn SNP;s frm that database i found that there are soo many syn snp now a days can identified which is responsible for the phenotypic changes. so i want to try for these and m involved in finding others whaich can cause this kind of variation. and actually i wanted to know all the possiblity for these changes..
