  Trans-location of chromosome is found to be very interesting in case of cancer or similar disease state. All the translocation studied occur naturally. I wondering if their is any method to make translocation by choice; combining the parts of different chromosomes to study its effect on cell at molecular level. If anyone knows such a thing please provide reference link.

  Idea is very good but i did nt get how to do it. You can increase mutation by inhibiting proof reading activity
