Which simulation software works better for simulations on Wireless Regional Area Network (WRAN) - Super Wifi?

WRAN is the new standard that is said to cover a 100km, what possible simulations has anyone ran?

Considering the frequency range and territorial coverage, absence of complex handovers etc. and a very limited number of base stations, lack of drive tests to fine tune propagation models - the best and free software is Radio Mobile http://www.cplus.org/rmw/english1.html with SRTM maps. For macro models SRTM maps are OK. Map granularity is 3 arc-seconds, which is 1/1200th of a degree of latitude and longitude, or about 90 meters. Finer granularity yields marginally better results and finer than 25 m makes no sense at all.
