  • Dont underestimate hypertension in pregnancy, especially at 20 week or above.... It could be sign to preeclampsia

    Nice Clinical Guidelines 2010. this is an excellent reference document

    Advice on rest, exercise and work for women at risk of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy
    should be the same as for healthy pregnant women (see ‘Antenatal care’, NICE clinical
    guideline 62). In other words stress is not good for any of us and if not addressed in pregnancy will exacerbate the onset of essential hypertension
