  i think you can use google docs for collaboration on writing articles or another projects and use microsoft shareview for desktop sharing; all of them free. Regards

  Thank You very much. what's your idea to develop a work-flow to use this tools. For example if one student or teacher want to use web for collaborating and other purposes, use a specific and clear work-flow that guide he/she to use these tools effectively. I searched internet, there are many advices to use these tools but there is not a problem-based with solutions to work efficiently. Regards,
