Is the main cause of obesity related with oral microflora of an obese person? is it genetically linked?

98.4% of the overweight women could be identified by the presence of a single bacterial species (Selenomonas noxia) at levels greater than 1.05% of the total salivary bacteria as suggested within a publication 'Is Obesity an Oral Bacterial Disease?,J Dent Res 88(6):519-523, 2009
