  In UAC, a french speaking university, the master scholarship is about 1000 US dolard a year x 2. After master you 'll take a regitration in Doctorat. 3 years are necessary to finish your doctorat; you must publish at least 3 items in internationai journal before sustaining your thesis. I had sustained my Master of Philosophy at University of Ibadan Nigeria in english. You can try it in french at UAC of BENIN
