Can anyone provide me the protocol for Zebra fish model(Angiogenesis inhibitor assay)?

I am doing an anti-mitotic study and I am planning to use DMSO to dissolve my plant extract in order to make a test solution. However, some articles would state the concentration of DMSO should be 0.1% while others used more than that. What should be the proper concentration of DMSO to be used in a sense that it would be non-toxic to sea urchin cells? Can someone please provide or attach an article, a journal or a link that would state the proper use of DMSO in terms of its concentration when used as a solvent. Thanks!

Anticancer activity of medicinal plants.

dear doctors I am looking for someone who helps me to evaluate the anti-prostate cancer activity of plants and their active ingredients in vitro?

I am interested in synthesizing AgNPs from plants with potent anti-cancer activity, so should i synthesized NPs from aqueous extract directly or screen the extract from d/f solvents for in-vitro anti-oxidant activity and then go for synthesis from the active extract? I have the same question for anti-microbial, ant-fungal and anti-leshminial activity. I have different extracts of a medicinal plant. This plant have been known for its medicinal potential in traditional medicinal systems. So, I want to evaluate the biological potential of this plant, but I don't have an in vivo setup for evaluating the above mentioned activities. Is there any in vitro procedure for these activities that would allow me to evaluate this in lab?

Can you suggest a suitable medium for culturing HUVEK cell line? DMEM is not good for culturing HUVEK. Is there any other medium?

I have tested a compound ( having anticancer potential) on PBMC for 24 hour, is there any need to test for 48 hour in vitro ?
