    There is the Defining Issues Test (DIT) by Rest based on Kohlberg that has been used in some studies.

    Hi Gina, i haven't come across a tool that measures moral development. however, that is an interesting topic to research on; this could probably improve the moral standards of our nursing students.

    You can use Defining Issue test (DIT) by james Rest (1970).
    It is a self administered tool. Subjects are given vignettes and then asked to answer the MCQs.
