ABSTRACT: This article includes fifteen unpublished letters from Gregorio Martinez Sierra to Joan Maragall, sent between the 1905 and 1909. Most of the letters are related with the development of the release of the magazine Renacimiento (1907). The transcriptions are preceded by a study analyzing their correspondence and pays special attention to the Martinez Sierra's role as promoter and spokesman of the catalan writers. This recreates part of his friendly and literary relationship with Maragall, investigating their intellectual affinity and revealing new examples of the cultural dialogue between Castilla and Catalunya during the Catalan modernism cultural movement.Boletín de la Biblioteca de Menéndez Pelayo / Sociedad de Menéndez Pelayo 01/2011; LXXXVII:197-219.
