Key Technical Responsibilities <br />
· Inspect and manage the current and future  TPOs in China-    Supervise and monitor all （food and companion animal in vitro and in vivo pre-clinical and clinical studies conducted in China. -   Ensure that TPOs have been approved by Lilly Veterinary Resources prior to implementing the collaboration.-   Evaluate safety and toxicological effects as well as effectiveness of opportunities for use in food and companion animals.-   Co-ordination and collaboration of multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure projects have appropriate sponsor oversight.  .· Supervise animal studies based on Lilly animal care and use principles and applicable regulatory standards · Train internal study monitor and external staff in TPO on GXP and other principles· Manage project timeline.-   Attend project meetings; ensure project expectations are being met.·  Create data tables, figures and provide written summaries of data, as needed. · Review study design summaries, protocols, data summaries, technical reports, as needed.<br />
