This position is responsible for serving as the instructional officer for the Department of Marketing and Management with the College of Business. Responsibilities include ensuring functions of
the faculty are carried out efficiently and expeditiously; providing leadership in development and articulation of departmental goals, objectives, and outcomes as well as the human, material, and
fiscal requirements for achieving the mission of each program or service; maintaining faculty and student morale at a level that results in a responsive, effective unit.

Qualifications
Previous role as administrator or department chair/head. Teaching, research, and service; have a record for appointment at associate/full professor rank; serving on university/college level
committees; supervising clerical staff; maintaining departmental records; registration and advisement; evaluation of faculty members; degree audits; credit transfers; managing departmental budget;
submitting recommendations for faculty development and travel; assisting with accreditation related issues.
Eight (8) years experience as senior faculty (Associate/Full professor) in management (various fields) or marketing. Teaching, research, and service; have a record for appointment at
associate/full professor rank; serving on university/college level committees; supervising clerical staff; maintaining departmental records; registration and advisement; evaluation of faculty
members; degree audits; credit transfers; managing departmental budget; submitting recommendations for faculty development and travel; assisting with accreditation related issues.
Doctorate degree in Management, Marketing or related department field
Salary: Commnesurate with experience
