Applications are invited for one postdoctoral position of 1+1 years duration on the topic “New technological applications in culinary sciences”. The position is available in Basque Culinary Research and Development Center (www.bculinary.com) to work in the area of new applies of electromechanical technologies in culinary accessories and cooking applies. We are a group specialized in culinary sciences associated to the Basque Culinary Center at the University of Mondragon. The laboratory covers a range or research activities between food habits, nutrition, molecular gastronomy and sensory perception. Our goal is to develop new devices for culinary sciences based in electromechanical technologies well known in other sciences.

Description
We are looking for a junior researcher that likes start, a new area of research. Will be integrated in a multi-disciplinary team with a wide range of specialties (Psychologist, Biochemists, Anthropologist, Culinary Chef’s, and more). If the relation work a permanent contract will be offer, for a head of line position. International contacts and meetings are usual in our institution, even if don’t like to continue with us we assure a very interesting experience in one institution exceptional, in the work. People with high innovative ideas are welcome, high posibility of patents explotation.
