License Agreement for ResearchBLOG

1. This License Agreement is an addition to the Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the general definitions and provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply.
2. This License Agreement applies to contributions to the ResearchBLOG only. It is not applicable to posts on Users' personal blogs.

1. When Users store new content (blog posts or microarticles) on their personal blogs, they may choose to submit them also to the ResearchBLOG as a contribution
2. The contributions will be reviewed by ResearchGate. ResearchGate reserves the right to accept or reject contributions. No reasons have to be given for any such decision.

By submitting the contribution, the User grants to ResearchGate an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license, free of royalty or any other payment, without limit of time and for all purposes, including, without limitation, online publishing and the power to grant sub-licenses.

By submitting the contribution, the User guarantees that the contribution is free of any rights of any third party and does not infringe any other third party's rights, including, without limitation, intellectual property and personality rights. The user indemnifies ResearchGate against all liability arising from the contribution, including, without limitation, liability for torts, court and lawyer fees.
